SUPV IT SPECIALIST

Duties * Serves as group leader responsible for administrative supervision of 10-15 professional engineers, and full technical and administrative supervision of 10-15 Information Technology (IT) specialists. * Executes technical, administrative and personnel management responsibilities related to the accomplishment of the mission assigned. * Promotes sound position management principles and programs. * Provides advice and counsel to employees relative to work and administrative matters. * Provides advice and guidance for preparation of information system plans, systems design plans, engineering installation plans, test plans, statements of work, performance work statements. * Applies broad information technology knowledge and extensive experience with information systems. Providing advice and expertise to Senior officials and leaders in the application of Information Technology to operational problems.
