Summary You will serve as a Management Analyst in the Conversion and Repair, Marinette, Wisconsin Detachment of SUPERVISOR OF SHIPBUILDING BATH. Duties * You will provide administrative support and coordinate administrative, security, protocol and other work for the Program Manager and the Deputy Program Manager. * You will compose non-technical correspondence for the Program Manager and the Deputy Program Manager's signature, ensuring proper grammar, spelling, and punctuation. * You will coordinate VIP visits including lodging, transportation, facilities, shipyard briefs, tours and ceremonies. * You will serve as the resident security assistant managing access control, personnel and information security and overall security awareness at the Detachment. * You will research and prepare statistical reports for management and provide input to other Directorates as needed. * You will serve as the chair of the Incentive Awards Committee for administering and monitoring the Incentive Awards Program for the command. Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector providing administrative support to senior leadership. Examples of specialized experience may include the following: 1) Extracting, analyzing and compiling data into reports and presentations; 2) Operating standard office equipment, computers and software including but not limited to word processing, E-mail, calendars, presentations, spreadsheets, and data management systems; 3) Interpreting, analyzing and applying local and higher headquarter policies and procedures,
protocols, directives and instructions (i.e. budget, personnel, etc.); 4) Making travel arrangements, submitting travel vouchers, coordinating transportation, hotel management, security, safety and administrative issues; 5) Maintaining the local visitor logs, reviewing visitor requests, coordinating visits with on-site staff and security personnel.
