As a Help Desk/Tester for you will provide support to users of the Forensic Advantage Laboratory Information Management System. You will assist in configuring, supporting, and troubleshooting Forensic Advantage LIMS. In addition, you will perform monthly functional application and interface testing using existing test cases, update test cases to reflect changes, and complete ad hoc report testing. Must have a current Top Secret security clearance. REQUIRED TO BE ON-SITE IN QUANTICO, VA - Hybrid Schedule Required Technical and Professional Expertise
• Knowledge of functional testing procedures (performance testing, black box testing, etc) using established test cases, and the ability to draft test cases for new functionality.
• Provide in person or remote application support to end users.
Troubleshoot incidents and requests remotely, either over the phone, via email, or MS Teams. Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
• Have demonstrated experience using incident logging and ticket tracking systems such as MS Service Center or ADS.
• Ability to write clear and accurate end-user documentation and standard operating procedures.
• Candidates must have demonstrated ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and remediate application issues.
• Candidates must have experience in developing training materials and provide training to users with various skill levels.
