Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below * Assist with technical work related to program management in an Intel environment to include the building of the team's annual action plan, planning, organizing, and presenting assessments of program/project management concepts, analyses, studies, and procedures. * Manage the design, collection, collation, and reporting of the team's measures of effectiveness against the annual action plan/goals/objectives. * Accurately source, review, synthesize, and aggregate classified information by searching known databases, existing intelligence reporting, and other organizational information to present timely and accurate classified data in a format consumable via a standardized product. * Manage the review, cataloging, and reporting of intelligence reporting and Intelligence Community (IC) products to support CROWS teams. * Design and disseminate the CyberFlash product, Cyber Intelligence Straight to Your Inbox (CISTYI), or other CROWS-generated products. * Provide administrative support to the Cybersecurity and Intelligence Working Group (CSIWG) including organizing presentations and setting up video teleconferences. * Perform administrative duties associated with intel products such as creating and maintaining a distribution list, dissemination of the product, as well as maintaining the overarching design of the product itself. * Review and analyze technical intelligence reporting and threat assessments. * Ensure the team provides technical intelligence analysis feedback to information producers. * Provide support for unclassified and secure video teleconferences and other methods of communication. Education, Requirements and Qualifications * Clearance: Top Secret * BA/BS degree and three (3) years relevant experience or * nine (9) years of relevant experience * Specialized Knowledge and Experience Required: * Intelligence community experience, for example, NSA or NASIC. * Cyber-related intelligence experience (single- or all source). * Experience briefing senior leaders (General Officer/SES-level/SL/DISL Level, and/or other senior leaders). * Technical understanding of foreign cyber threat intelligence, with an ability to draw conclusions from a wide variety of sources. * Familiarity with data management best practices, requirements management, and intelligence community publication mechanisms and best practices. * Experience developing, collecting, and reporting measures of effectiveness for annual plans/goals/objectives. Working Conditions and Physical Requirements * May be required to lift 15 lbs. * May be required to stand and walk two (2) hours a day * Some travel may be required
