4202 - Principal Full Stack Engineer (TS/SCI-FSP) with Security Clearance

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements and develop software solutions
* Manage and lead software development projects, ensuring that all deliverables are completed on time and to the required standard
* Conduct code reviews, identify and resolve technical issues, and provide technical guidance to team members
* Develop and maintain documentation for software applications, including design documents, user manuals, and technical specifications
* Ensure software applications are secure, reliable, and scalable
* Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in software development and recommend new approaches and tools to improve software quality and productivity
* Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements
Must Haves: * 10+ years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
* Strong experience with Full Stack development, including front-end and back-end technologies
* Experience with multiple programming languages, such as Java, Python, and JavaScript
* Familiarity with modern software development practices, such as Agile and DevOps
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
