R-00134047 Description As a Instructional Designer, you will play a critical role in influencing the future of product training in a large Government organization. * Lead the continued development of the SUM and the SDD
* Develop screen recorded explainer videos using established templates and approach
* Continue to develop and update existing eLearning modules using Storyline 360, including practices/demos, test question maintenance, publishing to Review 360 and LMS adherence
* Prioritize and manage multiple simultaneous deadlines
* Apply agile methodology approach to all design, development, and testing efforts
* Develop new eLearning courses, as needed
* Assist in the development of onboarding artifacts, as needed FOUNDATION FOR SUCCESS ( Basic Qualifications ) * BA in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related; Master’s Degree preferred
* 5+ years Instructional Design experience
* 5+ years of experience using MS Office to write technical documentation, specifically software user manuals and software design manuals
* 5+ years designing, recording, editing, and narrating technical explainer videos with TechSmith Camtasia
* 5+ years direct experience designing and developing eLearning courses with Articulate Storyline 360
* Strong attention to detail
* Excellent project management and organizational skills
* Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust. Contract requirement.
