Desktop Administrator Position:

Primary responsibilities

  • Resolve help desk issues promptly
  • Update software on workstations and laptops
  • Process new-hires and terminations
  • Provide VDI environment maintenance
  • Provide support for network and desktop printers
  • Prioritize projects and help desk issues efficiently
  • Maintain inventory of hardware and software
  • Document all actions when troubleshooting and resolving issues
  • Be available to work non-business hours
  • Cover the shift for our night print operator, as needed

Qualifications

  • A+ or equivalent certification
  • At least 3 years of hands-on desktop support experience
  • Current Windows operating system experience
  • Vmware Horizon experience
  • Active Directory
  • Printer troubleshooting
  • Basic networking
