Cyber Intelligence Planner with Security Clearance

Contingent Upon Award Echelon is actively seeking a Cyber Intelligence Planner, a pivotal role that ensures the integration of CISA capabilities into unified campaign plans and other whole of government initiatives. This position plays a crucial part in identifying opportunities to merge cyber campaign planning into cyber defense operations planning efforts. Essential Functions * Support coordination for all related meetings, including the Executive Steering Group (ESG), Strategic Coordination Group (SCG), and action-officer level working groups. Coordination includes, but is not limited to: * Managing meeting logistics. * Maintaining coordination with JRTF members and external partners. * Developing briefing materials for leadership. * Providing subject matter expertise on interagency coordination and combatting ransomware. * Support the government customer's coordination of ransomware efforts across the agency. Your responsibilities will include ensuring that CISA equities are comprehended and integrated into JRTF planning and operations. * Support the government customer's role in the development of cyber campaign plans. * Develop, implement, and document repeatable methods and processes to unify CSD efforts and capabilities supporting cyber threat-focused planning and plan execution Qualifications Qualifications * Minimum of 8 years of experience developing detailed intelligence plans to satisfy cyber operations requirements. * This experience must demonstrate proficiency in collaborating with cyber operations planners and cyber partner integration planners to identify, validate, and levy requirements for collecting and analyzing cyber threat intelligence. * Bachelor's degree in cyber security, information systems, information technology, or other related discipline * Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility EEO Employer F/M/Vet/Disabled
