The qualified candidate will work in a rapid development environment as part of a multi-disciplinary team of engineers who designs, develops, evaluates, test, verifies, validates, and provides in-service engineering support of an Advanced EW program. This position may require travel in support of system product installation, system operation verification and testing, and certification. Requirements also include strong and effective communication with internal and external customers, serving as a liaison to address technical inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction. We are searching for a creative individual to assist our team moving forward into the future. The qualified candidate will display knowledge of various testing techniques, great troubleshooting skills, analytical mindset, the ability to analyze and communicate test results, detect issues, and track root causes. Have technical documentation skills, great communicator, and a team player. The qualified candidate shall also possess good systems engineering fundamental skills necessary for the success of every project. The qualified candidate shall also provide the opportunity to create and develop advanced technology capabilities in the areas of Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and quality processes critical to defense work. Specific responsibilities will include gathering of product requirements, developing test environments and test cases for all mechanical, electrical, and software systems, work closely with engineers and production team to learn the ins and outs of a product, will run series of test through all stages of production cycle to identify potential malfunctions and recommended improvements, and finally develop the necessary technical documentations required for the product. The qualified candidate will possess excellent communication skills to network and interface effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Required Education, Experience, & Skills * B.S. degree in computer science, software, engineering, or related field
* Must possess and maintain a US DoD Secret Security Clearance and able to obtain a Top Secret Security Clearance
* Excellent cognitive, communication (written and spoken), and interpersonal skills, briefing and providing reports to leadership
* Possess good systems engineering fundamental skills

Full-Time Salary Range: $75570 - $128480 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
