Business Analysts

* Translate Business Rules into Decision Table Models.
* Document "AS IS" and "TO BE" processes.
* Conduct walkthroughs with internal and external teams.
* Elicit requirements from Product Owners.
* Assist with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information.
* Assist with prioritization and resolution of defects/bugs.
* Participate proactively in developing and maintaining team standards, tools, and best practice. Required Education, Experience, & Skills Successful candidate will have
* Bachelors degree (preferably in or related to information technology) with 8 years professional experience. * Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Experience using various requirements analysis techniques.
* Experience Authoring Business and Functional Requirements as User Stories.
* Experience leading and participating in project planning, daily stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, sprint and release planning, demos, and other activities as needed.
* Experience with Agile development Methodologies.
* Experience performing backlog maintenance.
* Experience with Business Process Modeling.
* Experience with Business Rules Development. Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills The success candidate like will have one or more of the following:
* Experience supporting a US federal government civilian agency
* Knowledge of or experience supporting Federal Grants lifecycle
* Experience using Jira and Confluence
* Strong customer service disposition Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $96470 - $164010 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
