Role: Senior Client Partner

Location: Seattle, WA

Type: Full Time

Required Skills:

·         Seeking a strong, experienced, ambitious, entrepreneurial and highly motivated and capable Client Partner to manage and lead the Relationship with a key client in Bay Area, CA. 

·         Open new accounts

·         Your primary focus will be managing the overall Client Relationship but you will also have oversight over Client Delivery to make sure that project deliverables and timelines are being met. 

·         You will also work with the client to set expectations, provide status updates, and proactively resolve issues and roadblocks. 

·         The candidate must have strong written and verbal communication skills, and strong technical skills are desirable. 

·         The individual must be organized and have the ability to track and resolve issues, and be able to work well with delivery teams.

·         This individual must be able to create proposals and bring proactive ideas to the table and the ability to build a relationship with the customers. 

·         Must have drive and determination while being flexible and having the ability to wear multiple hats since we are a fast growing company.

 

This is an exciting role with headroom and potential for the candidate to take on a larger regional role. 

You must have strong 8+ years of Sales experience. Open to considering candidates who have the relevant Delivery experience and are looking to grow into a Client Partner role.

 

Experience in Retail, eCommerce, and Web technologies is a big plus.
