Job Description Provide technical, maintenance support and continuity to customers and users of complex
combat vehicle platforms and fire control systems on a world-wide basis to achieve and
maintain system readiness. Support includes technical assistance and advice, technical data
collection and reporting. Is the operating systems expert on vehicles and responds as the first
point of contact for field problem identification. Provides technical assistance during testing, troubleshooting, repairing, deprocessing,
storing and assistance in shipping vehicles and their respective components during
transition and unit hand-off. Knowledge of system operation, assembly and subassembly troubleshooting,
component and system fault isolation and repair. Knowledge of all levels of repair for military maintenance systems and appropriate
technical manuals and engineering data. Interpret and use all types of engineering drawings and schematics. Detail understanding of system troubleshooting techniques. Proficient in vehicle operation, mechanics and electronics. Experienced in the mechanical/electronic field of relevant military products Technical knowledge depth first through fourth level of maintenance repair. Required Education, Experience, & Skills Typically a High School Diploma and 4 years work experience or equivalent experience Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills A bachelor's degree plus 3 years of recent specialized experience, OR; An associate's degree plus 7 years of recent specialized experience, OR; A major certification plus 7 years of recent specialized experience, OR; 11 years of recent specialized experience Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $65800 - $105300 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
