The Boeing Company is currently seeking an Associate Security and Fire Multiple Operations Specialist to join the team in San Antonio, TX. This selected candidate will perform Emergency Management duties as well as Security & Fire Protection duties across multiple subject areas at the San Antonio site. Position Responsibilities: * Determines the appropriate course of action within the scope of qualifications * Completes appropriate documentation * Ensures compliance with company security practices, procedures and government regulations * Implements and ensures compliance with information protection practices and procedures to enhance company operations * Coordinates with internal and external customers to ensure compliance with company and government regulations and requirements * Assists customers in researching and resolving common questions and problems, and defining requirements * Works according to established company and government guidelines This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options. This position requires an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active.) Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): * Experience with law enforcement, security operations, and/or physical security * Experience reviewing and approving invoices * Experience in project management * Experience with site Security & Fire Operational * Experience building relationships and partnering with all levels of employees, including executives * Experience with the Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Project Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): * Bachelor's degree or equivalent work or military experience * Experience with lock and key program * Experience with physical security * Experience with auditing * Experience with Security & Fire Operations policies and procedures * Experience with contract management * Experience conducting Service Level Assessment (SLA) reviews with service contractors; mutually addressing service delivery issues, lessons learned, and best practices * Experience reviewing Uniformed Security Incident Reports (USIR) * Experience authoring/editing written security instructions and/or uniformed security post orders * Presentation skills for multiple audiences, including executive leadership * Written and verbal communication expertise for interaction in dynamic executive environment Typical Education & Experience: Typically, 3 or more years' related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required. Relocation: Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
