ServiceNow Developer Duties and Responsibilities * Determine problem areas within our current framework and recommend solutions * Develop processes with ServiceNow that improve user access and navigation * Collaborate with the project manager to establish timelines, specifications, and budget * Implement and monitor changes to ensure a smooth transition * Conduct staff training on new procedures * Provide regular updates on project status to supervisors * Troubleshoot issues for staff and customers ServiceNow Developer Requirements and Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, computer information systems, or a similar field * 2+ years of working with ServiceNow, including configuring an ITSM service catalog * ServiceNow Administrator Fundamentals certification is a plus * Excellent communication and organizational skills * Flexible schedule #cjpost
