Job Title: Migration NoSQL DBA


Long Term
Location: San Antonio, TX ON-SITE: NOT OPEN TO REMOTE (Relocation assistance provided- Must be in Texas)
Will be onsite 1x a month in san antonio
You'll Need:
Must have a background in RDBMS-->NoSQL migration with medium to large databases in an enterprise environment and an emphasis on performance tuning and production support.
Migrating database from relational and on-prem to NoSQL and cloud-hosted
Migration project vs. administration of a particular set of databases set of databases
A hybrid background (on prem and cloud) but multi-cloud not required.
Must Have:
Expertise in Database Administration of Relational Databases (Oracle, SQL Server, DB2, Postgres)
Experience in migration of Relational --> NoSQL database (Cassandra preferred)
Experience in on-prem --> cloud hosted databases (hybrid environments)
Nice to Have:
Cassandra (DataStax)
Multi-cloud environment
