Provide technical guidance and recommendations related to the integration of National Systems-based capabilities * Assist the PM/COTR in program management; strategic planning; cost, schedule, and performance monitoring and reporting; program synchronization; generating requests for information responses; cross-program coordination; and programmatics * Will support Agile-based program management and implementation of a Model-Base Systems Engineering approach * Lead IPT meetings and review process boards to include but not limited to ERBs, CCBs, SRRs, PDRs, CDRs, and PMRs * Support the PM in multiple areas which include systems, mission, and enterprise engineering; program management; acquisition support; analytic support; technical analysis; user requirement management/development; architecture; and customer outreach and support * Serve as technical expert in their assigned area * Other responsibilities include administrative and technical support to the Government leadership team, internal cross coordination, external mission partners and other DoD/IC customers Required Qualifications * Must have an active Top Secret/SCI clearance with a Counter-Intelligence Polygraph * Bachelor's degree * Experience in project management and acquisition, with emphasis on Government acquisition in DoD or IC * Familiarity with project management; monitoring developer cost, schedule, and performance; and program office processes, techniques, and documentation * Ability to facilitate commonality within the enterprise by defining, acquiring, and integrating a multi-INT, multi-sensor, and multi-nodal processing capability * Ability to problem solve in a rapidly changing environment and interface with the customer daily * Track and respond to office tasking, build, and present program briefings, and update project schedules and calendar Junior-Level * Bachelor's degree * 0 - 5 years of experience * Background / knowledge in systems engineering * Compensation: $77,800 - $149,800 Mid-Level * Bachelor's degree * 5 - 10 years of experience * Background / knowledge in National space and ground systems * Compensation: $103,800 - $219,600 Senior-Level * Bachelor's degree * 10+ years of experience * Background / knowledge in National space and ground systems * Compensation: $151,700 - $265,500 Desired Qualifications * Master's Degree * Familiarity with the NRO's and DoD's national and tactical space architectures * Familiarity with different contracting types; e.g.: competition, sole source, IDIQ/TOs, Other Transactions, and Broad Agency Announcements) * Knowledge of Electro-optical, RADAR, SIGINT, Communications, Mission Management, and Mission processing systems supporting a space and ground architecture * Working knowledge of SAFe Agile or similar agile processes and JIRA and Confluence tools * Certified in one or more of the following: INCOSE (or DAWIA equivalent), OMG Systems Modeler, Agile, Project Management, MBSE * Understand how system requirements, design, analysis, verification and validation activities are enabled by MBSE across the digital thread (the engineering lifecycle) * Be able to travel Overview Noblis and our wholly owned subsidiaries, Noblis ESI , and Noblis MSD tackle the nation's toughest problems and apply advanced solutions to our clients' most critical missions. Salary at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, and clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this position is provided within the posting and are based on full time status. Part time staff receive a prorated salary based on regularly scheduled hours. The estimated minimum and maximum displayed represents the broadest range for this position (inclusive of high geographic and high clearance requirements), and is just one component of Noblis' total compensation package for employees.
