Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Delivery Manager to lead our technology delivery team. The Technical Delivery Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of technology solutions for our federal customers, vendors, and other clients to enhance business operations and service delivery. This role demands strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of technology and market trends, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the strategy for technology platforms, partnerships, and external relationships.
  • Oversee research and development as well as project management.
  • Develop technical aspects of the company s strategy to ensure alignment with its business goals.
  • Discover and implement new technologies that yield competitive advantage.
  • Supervise system infrastructure to ensure functionality and efficiency.
  • Build quality assurance and data protection processes.
  • Monitor KPIs and IT budgets to assess technological performance.
  • Communicate technology strategy to partners and investors.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Technical Manager or similar leadership role.
  • Prior Development experience preferably in Java and Microservices
  • Knowledge of technological trends to build strategy.
  • Understanding of budgets and business-planning.
  • Ability to conduct technological analyses and research.
  • Prior federal experience is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Leadership and organizational abilities.
  • Strategic thinking.
  • Problem-solving aptitude.
  • BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MSc/MA will be appreciated.
