Position – Systems / Cloud Integration Architect
Location – Washington, DC (Hybrid)
Pay Rate – $180,000
Direct Hire Position **Must have a Public Trust Clearance** Mindbank Consulting Group has an immediate need for a Systems / Cloud Integration Architect. Systems / Cloud Integration Architect Responsibilities: • Work on a large federal enterprise integration program within a fast-paced environment.
• Will lead and support the design and optimization of complex AWS and Azure Cloud architecture, solutions, and cloud-based applications.
• Architect robust redundant infrastructure, implement container-based systems, secure Cloud environments.
• Interface with government customers to provide high-impact software solutions. • Will be expected to use Kubernetes, OpenShift, Docker, and Azure services such as Active Directory B2C and Key Vault.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prototype new technologies.
• Develop solutions for system integration.
• Contribute significantly to future architectural vision creation and planning.
• Will help drive innovation through the exploration and adoption of emerging technologies, provide thought leadership in Cloud architecture, and mentor junior team members. Systems / Cloud Integration Architect Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field or Three (3) additional years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
• AWS or Azure Certified Solutions Architect.
• Minimum 12 years of experience providing systems development and integration in positions of increasing responsibility and skill requirement and relevant to the requirements for this opportunity.
• Must have extensive experience working with AWS and Azure.
• Implement(ing) container-based systems to optimizing intricate enterprise solutions.
• Creating and managing container and Container Environments using Docker & Kubernetes services.
• Securing Cloud environments from internal as well as external threats.
• Deep working knowledge of AWS & Azure security services and resources. • Work(ing) withing an Agile framework supporting continuous delivery.
• Develop(ing) proof-of-concept solutions.
• Interacting with Government clients’ leadership, managers, end-users and other key stakeholders.
• Develop(ing) and presenting technical and operational suggestions and recommendations for high-impact software solutions.
• Collaborating with key stakeholders and creating realistic and achievable vision roadmaps.
• Document(ing) new architectures using best practices and industry standards.
• Deconstruct(ing) existing integration solutions and redesigning for optimal performance using state of the art tools and technologies. Why should you work for Mindbank?
