  • Pay Rate for Assemblers: $16 - $17.50 depending on shift
Key Responsibilities for Assemblers:
  • Assembly & Masking: Accurately apply plastic tape, vinyl tape, or rubber plugs to metal parts according to customer specifications, drawings, and work orders. Carefully de-mask products after processing.
  • Quality & Efficiency: Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensure quality at every stage (masking, racking, de-masking), and transport parts between stations. Use materials efficiently and suggest improvements to reduce costs.
  • Collaboration & Safety: Follow verbal and written instructions, operate within quality system requirements, and communicate effectively with team members to meet deadlines and ensure a safe workplace.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Skills: Attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
