PeopleShare is hiring for a Maintenance Technician for a production facility in Virginia Beach. This candidate will be responsible for a variety of daily building maintenance tasks, ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of their facilities.

Maintenance Technician Job Details:

  • Schedule: M-F, 6:55am-3:05pm
  • Pay Rate: $20-$25/hour
Maintenance Technician Job Description:
  • Perform daily building maintenance tasks to ensure a safe and operational environment.
  • Conduct repairs and maintenance on commercial plumbing systems, including a variety of water pumps.
  • Install and repair basic electrical conduit systems.
  • Utilize mechanical skills to troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems.
  • Apply mechanical aptitude to diagnose and fix issues with equipment and machinery.
  • Follow specific quality procedures to maintain high standards of maintenance and repair.
Maintenance Technician Job Requirements:
  • Extensive knowledge of production machines and mechanical systems.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and repair various types of equipment.
  • Above-average math skills for technical problem-solving and precision.
  • Experience with commercial plumbing and various types of water pumps.
  • Basic understanding of electrical conduit systems.
  • HVAC knowledge and experience in maintaining and repairing HVAC systems.
