Quick Overview:
• We are seeking a Technical Writer / Documentation Specialist with strong operational acumen to collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), System Administrators, and the Technology team. In this role, you will develop detailed technical documentation and manage the company's systems procedure guide from end to end. This position requires working closely with developers and operations teams to create and update documentation as we release new services.

Job Details for a Technical Writer:
• $22-25 an hour based on experience
• 8-hour Shift - 8:00am-5:00pm
• On-Site Position
• Location: Parma, Ohio 44130

Job Responsibilities for a Technical Writer:
  • Create, document, and refine technical information for products, tools, and services.
  • Collaborate with technical communicators to develop engaging knowledge base articles.
  • Manage complex projects, content specifications, and create clear technical materials, including swim lanes.
  • Maintain consistency and accuracy across all technical documentation.
  • Work with technical teams to ensure precise, informative, and user-friendly content.
  • Implement comprehensive documentation changes and feedback.
  • Suggest best practices and optimizations for content generation.


Requirements:
• Bachelors Degree in Relevant Technical Field
• 2+ years of experience in technical writing or software documentation
• Proficient in Microsoft Word , Google Docs, and Adobe Acrobat
