Description:
Implemented Salesforce about 3-4 years ago, using for call center sales and call center servicing, in the process of rolling out the loan application, used to be on legacy platform. There are about 2000 end users of Salesforce.
The Salesforce Architect will be aligning technical solutions to the needs of the business. The ideal candidate for this position will have working knowledge of Salesforce's Sales, Service, Financial Services and Marketing Clouds in addition to its security and integration capabilities. Candidates in this role are expected to have expert level knowledge of the Salesforce Lightning platform, Apex/LWC, and are abreast of the newest technologies supplied by Salesforce itself.
• Ability to lead design meetings and interact with executive level project sponsors.
Assist with determining the best way to use the 'out of the box' functionality within salesforce and not over-engineer solutions.
• This person needs to be versatile
o They will be in front of executive level folks all the way to everyday users and engineers, Communication is #1
o They need to be able to translate requirements to talk to different audience
• Need to be heavy in Salesforce knowledge, integrations, best practices
o Ideally needs to have stood up and designed an org would before (not a deal breaker but ideal )
o Needs to understand data models, system limits
o Stays up to date on all the features. This person will need to showcase new features to business partners and how the product is going to add value for them
• Needs to be able to document the new features –
• 2000 users
This person needs to know how to write simple classes, create a LWC, understand code, and read/write/understand technical work
• · Certifications: Platform Developer/Platform App Builder
• · Define best practices and standards for design, development, UI, integrations, deployments, documentation
• Experienced Salesforce Apex/LWC developer, with a strong interest to learn new languages and frameworks as needed.
• · Experience implementing a strategy for monitoring user platform adoption and data quality and retention.
• In depth understanding of the Salesforce product suite including CRMA, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Financial Service Cloud, and Marketing cloud.
• · Leverage communication capabilities to build relationships with key members of the IT and business teams.
• · Proficient in Salesforce best practices, design patterns and design limitations.
• · Understanding of integration points with Salesforce leveraging AWS
