Job Description:

Position: Assembler
Schedule/Hours: 1st Shift Mon-Fri 6am-2:30pm (Guaranteed Overtime)

Pay: $19-20.00 an hour

Location: Lansdale, PA

Responsibilities:
  • Read and interpret blueprints with precision.
  • Operate tools like band saws, table saws, manual hand brakes, drills, grinders, and more.
  • Work with diverse materials including felt insulation, ceramic, graphite, stainless steel, and carbon steel.
  • Document processes, material usage, and address excess materials or issues.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
  • Communicate effectively with team leaders and supervisors.
  • Work independently and handle other assigned tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1 year of assembly experience or equivalent education/training.
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Forklift experience preferred.
  • Ability to understand and apply mathematical concepts including geometry.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Forklift and overhead crane certification preferred.
