Job Title: Medical Receptionist

Location: Tri-Cities

Description: We are actively recruiting for Medical Receptionists for our clients.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Greet patients, retrieve patient files, and check treatment records.
  • Maintain records and assist with accounts.
  • Move patients through predetermined appointment schedules.
  • Reply to patient and family inquiries and refer questions to staff or physicians.
  • Answer phones and schedule appointments for doctors and clinical staff.
  • Assist patients with insurance and billing questions.
  • Maintain the reception area in a neat and orderly condition.
  • Open/sort office mail and retrieve outgoing mail.

Requirements:

  • Microsoft Office
  • Previous Medical Receptionist experience
  • High School Diploma/GED

Pay: $18-$20 / hour

Schedule:  M-F, 8am-5pm

Position Type: Evaluation Hire
