Description:

Responsibilities:

This position requires extreme attention to detail and organization skills 

     *  This person will be responsible for preparing Inventory Control reports as well as other various reports that track incoming and outgoing inventory. 

     *  Collects information from production to determine placement of finished goods

     *  Coordinates with other subgroups within the department on placement of product

     *  Must be able to recognize any issues not in compliance with Butterball and USDA rules and regulations in reference to Food Safety and Associate Welfare

     *  Coordinates correct pickup locations of large quantities with Sales, Customer Service and Traffic Work with little or no Supervision

     *  Communicates to Managers and supervisors any issues found as well as the cause of those issues

Knowledge, skills and Abilities

     *  Must be organized and attentive to detail

     *  Ability to lift a minimum of 35 pounds

     *  Have excellent Attendance, Work and Safety Record

     *  Must be able to work any shift requested by the Supervisor

     *  Must be able to interact with all levels of Management

     *  Have a knowledge of Workplace Safety Rules

     *  Must be able to work with little or no Supervision

     *  Must be able to operate a forklift

     *  Basic English, Reading Comprehension, Writing and Math skills required

Education & Experience:

     *  High School diploma or equivalent required

     *  Strong computer skills including Microsoft Work, Excel, SAP and AS400
