We are seeking candidates for a Facility Trainer role on the 1st shift. Hours for this position are 6:00am-4:30pm, Monday through Thursday. What you will do as a Facility Trainer:
  • Ensure new hires are given basic overall fiberglass process information
  • Ensure new hires are given specific training/information for their job duties
  • Identify and assist in cross-training needs between departments
  • Continuous employee check-ins regarding skill development
  • Assist employees and leadership in identifying additional strengths and interests.
  • Onboard new employees as they navigate their first few weeks
  • Teach and reinforce core values
What you need to be a Facility Trainer:
  • Ability to perform the responsibilities assigned
