We deliver to our customers' precise specifications whether they need a single van with ladder racks, shelving and storage or an entire fleet of fully equipped trucks and vans. We design, manufacture, and install vehicle equipment for every kind of fleet.
Holman's upfitting division has a great opportunity for a Paint Prepper to join our team in Bartlett, IL.
The Paint Prepper is responsible for the preparation of equipment, parts, and materials for the painting process, which includes masking, sanding, and prepping.
- Shift: Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm
- Pay: $19.24 per hour

- Properly clean and prepare surfaces to be painted including masking, sanding, and prepping.
- Determine damaged areas on bodies to be repaired.
- Isolate painted and unpainted areas - i.e. masking, taping doors, etc.
- Operate required tools within standard operations procedures.
- Must comply with the company's safety policies and clean initiative standards.
- Entry-level position - previous auto body experience is helpful, but not required.
- We will train anyone motivated
- Need to have an eye for detail.
- Possess the ability to use electrical/power tools correctly.
- Able to correctly use all required safety equipment.
- Must be able to perform within the established company standards, which include but are not limited to standard operating procedures, attendance, quality, and performance.
- Must pass a physical, drug test, and criminal background check prior to employment.

Pay:
We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $16.54 - $22.34 USD per hour.
