We are looking for a motivated Physical therapist to join our group full time in Gurnee, IL. We have the Physical Therapy position that will make you love coming to work again Great opportunity for an experienced Physical Therapist to join our team at our beautiful, brand-new clinic in Gurnee, IL. We are using innovative techniques and always learning/looking for the next best way to serve our patients. You will help us decide how patients are treated. We will offer profit sharing to the right candidate We are flexible in our need and can accommodate a Physical Therapist seeking either part time or full-time work. Must be passionate about helping patients who have vestibular, balance, neurological, and fall risk issues as well as patients requiring traditional physical therapy and must have a combination of ortho, vestibular and pelvic floor skills.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Perform new-patient evaluations/exams
  • Diagnose patients; evaluate physical activity limitations
  • Create a plan that sets a goal and completion date
  • Equip patients with PT intervention techniques/exercises; track progress
  • Provide education to patients on techniques for the continuation of care
  • Measure and track intervention effectiveness
  • Documentation- timely and accurate
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Accredited Physical Therapy program graduate
  • Physical Therapy license in IL
  • Able to create and implement outpatient balance and vestibular rehabilitation-setting treatment plans (training will be provided)
  • Ability to work efficiently/effectively in an autonomous environment
  • Must be passionate about helping patients who have vestibular, balance, neurological, and fall risk issues as well as patients requiring traditional physical therapy
  • 2+ year(s) of outpatient neuro/ortho center or vestibular rehab experience preferred
  • Must be self-motivated with a willingness to learn
Schedule:
  • Part time or Full time (Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm)
Salary (range):
  • $95,000 - $105,000 based on experience
