RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in Miramar, FL that is seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented IT Analyst to join their dynamic team. This role is essential for creating visually compelling presentations, managing data with Excel, designing process flows in Visio, and supporting our IT projects with Jira and Confluence. The IT Analyst will also be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements to support IT initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design for presentations, coupled with excellent technical skills and administrative capabilities.Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop visually appealing PowerPoint presentations for various stakeholders
  • Ensure all presentations adhere to brand guidelines and communicate the intended message effectively
  • Utilize Excel for data analysis, creating dashboards, and generating reports
  • Manage and manipulate large datasets to support IT and business operations
  • Create and maintain process flow diagrams and organizational charts using Visio
  • Document IT processes and workflows clearly and accurately
  • Assist in managing IT projects using Jira and Confluence
  • Track project progress, update task statuses, and assist in sprint planning and retrospectives
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements
  • Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications and documentation
  • Facilitate communication between business units and the IT team to ensure alignment

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Graphic Design, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and complex formulas
  • Proficiency in Visio for creating detailed process diagrams
  • Experience with Jira and Confluence for project tracking and documentation
  • Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications
  • Proven experience in creating engaging and professional presentations using PowerPoint
  • Strong graphic design skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
