Join Our Team: Estimator and Purchasing Specialist
Are you a detail-oriented and organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced and challenging environment? Do you have a passion for problem-solving and a knack for following processes with precision? If so, we want you to join our team as our Estimator and Purchasing Specialist
Location: In office, Erie, PA
Work Arrangement: Full-time hours would be 5 days per week, 4-8 hours per day.
Hours will be between 8:30 -5:00 P.M. M-F, with a commitment to work most Saturdays 10-2:00 P.M..
Job Type: Part/Full-time 32-40 hours per week
Supplemental pay types: Base: 30,000-40,000 yearly
- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
The Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Estimator and Purchasing Specialist to join our team on a part or full-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for project estimating, product purchasing, and providing outstanding customer service to our clients. This position requires someone who can thrive in a creative and distracting environment, while also maintaining a keen focus on prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct project estimating to accurately assess costs and timelines for our client's projects.
- Manage product purchasing, ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement of materials and supplies.
- Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues with professionalism and efficiency.
- Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail, effectively managing a never-ending task list with ease.
- Work collaboratively with team members to define and improve processes, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our operations.
