We offer a variety of services including acupuncture, chiropractic care, occupational therapy, massage therapy, physical therapy and many more- all to provide our patients with comprehensive care. When it comes to our patient’s wellbeing or if they are looking for therapeutic options after injury and/or chronic pain, our exceptional team offers the care and support they need
Duties:
- Patient Consultation-review health and medical histories, exam patients, review pertinent medical records/imaging, and reason for visit
- Consult with referring Physicians/Healthcare team regarding diagnosis as needed
- Develop and implement physical therapy treatment programs based on each patient's particular needs
- Assist patients with all phases of physical therapy treatment and techniques to include exercise instruction, stretching and manual therapy, modern modalities, and activities of daily living
- Patient education on the benefits of PT, treatment plan maintenance, and home exercises
- Documentation/progress notes- accurate and timely records, document treatments rendered in patient charts, Record patient conditions and responses to treatments in charts after each visit
- Collaboration with the staff and other healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care
- Communicate effectively with both the staff and patients
- Contribute to the development and promotion of the practice
- Create an excellent experience for patients through a friendly and focused attitude
- Graduation from an Accredited Physical Therapy Program (DPT or MPT)
- PT License in NJ
- Specializing in Pelvic floor therapy a plus
- Full time
- $100k-$125k per year (DOE)
