A key component of PepsiCo's success, Frito-Lay has been making the very best snacks for over 80 years, including Classic Lay's®, Cheetos®, and Doritos®. In this role, you will unload products, place them onto carts or pallets, and deliver them via a 53’ trailer in compliance with Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations.

You can expect to work 40 to 45 hours per week, including holidays and weekends, with start times varying by route. All routes are local with no layovers. Local Total Direct Delivery drivers are responsible for pre- and post-trip truck inspections, maintaining driver’s daily logs, delivering products, checking them in at customer locations, obtaining signatures of receipt, picking up returns and cardboard, and completing related paperwork.

This is a physically demanding job, particularly during extreme weather conditions. You will be required to move boxes of chips weighing up to 50 pounds, the equivalent of carrying 6 gallons of water. Sometimes, this includes handling dead stack products, where cases are stacked from the floor to the ceiling of the trailer.

• Class A CDL with 100,000 miles or 2,500 verifiable safe hours.

• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and off-shift hours.

• Ability to lift 15 to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Capacity to climb, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and stretch for extended periods with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Ability to sit for extended periods, up to five hours daily, with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Willingness to work in environments with extreme temperatures, humidity, hazardous/loud equipment, and slippery surfaces.

• Safety-Minded: Safety is everyone's responsibility. As a driver, you must practice defensive driving and adhere to safety protocols.

• Coachable: You can receive feedback and adjust your processes for efficiency, speed, safety, and other shared goals.

• Integrity: You help provide feedback on safety hazards and issues with delivery sites, ensuring we maintain high standards.

• Teamwork: You will interact with team members, managers, and external partners, always focusing on team goals.
