Position Details:

  • Temp-to-Hire Pay Rate: $20 per hour
  • Direct Hire Pay Rate: $21.68 per hour, plus shift differentials for 2nd and 3rd shifts.
  • Shifts Available:
    • 1st Shift: 7:00am - 3:30pm
    • 2nd Shift: 3:30pm - 11:00pm
    • 3rd Shift: 11:00pm - 7:30am
  • Pay Frequency: Bi-weekly

Job Responsibilities:
  • Assemble circuit breaker frames, bushings, and sub-assemblies according to specifications and work orders.
  • Make basic electrical connections following diagrams and specifications.
  • Prepare assemblies for shipment, including sealing and packaging.
  • Use hand and power tools to create high-quality assemblies based on technical drawings and bills of materials.
  • Inspect subassemblies and assemblies for defects and make adjustments as needed to meet quality standards.
Job Requirements:
  • Knowledge of electronic assembly is a plus.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous warehouse or assembly experience preferred.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
