Role Overview The Analyst role focuses on performing technical tasks to support our nuclear plant operations. This position may be filled at the Entry, Mid, or Senior level based on qualifications. Compensation Range: Entry Level - $75,000 Mid-level: $86,000 - $106,000 Senior Level: $110,000 - $124,000 Key Responsibilities Provide expert technical analysis and support for engineering activities and programs. Consult on equipment and system issues, delivering effective solutions. Manage engineering tasks, ensuring quality and compliance with industry standards. Conduct thorough independent research to support technical projects. Propose innovative solutions to enhance operations, reduce costs, and improve compliance. Perform additional duties as assigned, including emergency response and coverage. Minimum Qualifications For Associate Engineering Analyst (Entry Level) Bachelor's degree in a technical field (non-engineer) OR Associate's degree in a technical field with 1+ years of nuclear or related experience OR High School Diploma/GED with a minimum of 2 years of nuclear experience. For Engineering Analyst (Mid-Level) Bachelor's degree in a technical field (non-engineer) with 2+ years of nuclear or related experience OR Associate's degree in a technical field with 3+ years of nuclear or related experience OR High School Diploma/GED with a minimum of 5 years of applicable nuclear experience. For Senior Engineering Analyst Bachelor's degree in a technical field (non-engineer) with 5+ years of nuclear or related experience OR Associate's degree in a technical field with 7+ years of nuclear or related experience OR High School Diploma/GED with a minimum of 8 years of nuclear or related experience, including 5 years at the exempt level.
