Positions are available in our retail locations across our many brands, in field management, and in store operations at our Store Support Center in Rochester, New York.Automotive Store ManagerSalary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 annually based on experience. This role includes a lucrative monthly bonus program on profitable sales. In addition, we have monthly sales contestLead and develop store team to deliver exceptional customer serviceDrive sales performance and maximize product knowledgeManage store operations, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory controlOversee technical aspects and assist with services/repairsMaintain store appearance and ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulationsBuild customer relationships and address all customer needsMaintain technical proficiency through required trainingAutomotive TechnicianSalary Range: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour.
