Partnerships ManagerWe are looking for a Partnerships Manager to join our team and grow our business. This commercial role will be specifically related to our strategic partnerships. You will be responsible for managing these partnerships and growing revenue through a trusted advisor approach to account management. You will have a sales quota that can be achieved through these strategic partnerships as well as the business development of further partnerships. You will work cross functionally to upsell and cross sell where possible and join partner events to grow our presence in the industry network.We are looking for someone who has excellent communication and account management skills, is a great active listener, has an inquisitive mind, and above all is determined to reach targets. If you are a self-motivated individual with a passion for partnership and business development, we encourage you to apply.Responsibilities include:Account manage the strategic partnerships to grow revenue through them by bringing on further customers and expanding their usage and product portfolioExecute regular calls / meetings with partners for account mapping and manage the full sales cyclePresent Searoutes product portfolio and work with the partners to increase their product usageBuild and manage a go-to-market strategy with each partner and liaise cross functionally to provide them with support required (product, marketing, sales, support etc)Drive co-marketing and demand generation initiatives (webinars, case studies etc) to accelerate adoption.Participate in partner and industry eventsTrack KPI progress towards meeting sales goalsPotentially expand the partnership network
