Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and maintain Workday Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence modules.

  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
  • Develop and execute test plans to validate system configurations.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Workday issues.
  • Conduct training sessions and create documentation for end-users.
  • Monitor system performance and recommend improvements.
  • Stay updated with Workday releases and enhancements.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of Workday Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence configuration experience.
  • Strong understanding of US payroll processes and regulations.
  • Proven ability to manage complex business issues and implement scalable solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
