Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Industrial Production Manager with a strong background in fabrication or assembly. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring efficient and effective manufacturing operations, and maintaining high-quality standards. This role demands exceptional leadership skills and the ability to manage a team in a dynamic production environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Production Management: Oversee and manage the entire production process, ensuring that fabrication or assembly operations are carried out efficiently and effectively.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the production team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
  • Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control standards to ensure that all products meet the required specifications and industry standards.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve quality.
  • Resource Management: Allocate resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials, to meet production targets and deadlines.
  • Safety Compliance: Ensure that all production activities comply with safety regulations and company policies, promoting a safe working environment.
  • Scheduling: Develop and manage production schedules, coordinating with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Reporting: Monitor and report on production metrics, providing regular updates to senior management and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods, ensuring optimal stock levels to support production needs.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a manufacturing environment focused on fabrication or assembly.
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
