We partner across product, engineering, commercial, and field teams to ensure every product capability, launch, and customer interaction reflects a trusted, scalable, and differentiated foundation.As the Product Marketing Senior Manager of AI & Cloud, you'll lead messaging, content creations, and go-to-market alignment and management for Pega's foundational AI and cloud capabilities. You'll translate technical depth into compelling value, drive launch excellence across channels, and shape competitive positioning in hyperscaler ecosystems. You'll define and track KPIs such as cloud ACV, GenAI adoption, and customer satisfaction to ensure insights drive product and field success. You will drive key executive conversations to help bring to light the success pillars of the AI and Cloud foundations around making Pega Easy to Buy, Easy to Trust and Easy to Own.Messaging & Positioning: Own persona-based internal and external messaging/content for foundation capabilities, security, compliance, and architecture across all channels for AI and aaS/Cloud.Collaborate: Work with product management to develop product positioning and messaging that resonate with our target buyer personas.Understand: Document our buyer's process, including where they get information, and the who, what, when, and why behind the decisions they make. Use this to drive change.Launch Execution: Lead GTM orchestration for foundational capabilities, ensuring smooth sales, enablement, and adoption.Competitive Intelligence: Benchmark hyperscaler and AI competitors; deliver actionable insights for product and field teams.Metrics & Scorecards: Track KPIs to inform roadmap, improve delivery, and enhance customer experience.Program Support: Communicate cross-functional changes (e.g., migrations, deprecations) with clarity and empathy.A strategic storyteller and operator with deep cloud and AI curiosity. You excel at translating complexity into business value, creating high-impact presentations, and driving adoption through data. You understand the Pragmatic Marketing Framework, hyperscaler GTM strategies, and AI governance trends. You thrive in cross-functional environments and bring energy, creativity, and precision to every launch.7+ years in B2B SaaS Product Marketing, including 3+ years in cloud/AI relevant areas. Proven ownership of messaging, content creation, launch plans, and enablement. Experience with partner marketing and competitive analysis. Familiarity with AWS, GCP, and AI governance frameworks. This role may also be eligible for annual bonus OR commission, as well as benefits and other incentives. The final compensation will be determined during the offer process based on the candidate's education, experience, skills, and qualifications, as well as market conditions and may vary from the posted range.
