We are seeking a skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems. As a vital member of our company, the HVAC Service Technician will play a key role in ensuring the satisfaction of our clients by delivering exceptional service and expertise.


Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems according to company procedures and industry standards.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC equipment malfunctions, including but not limited to furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductless systems.
  • Repair or replace defective components in HVAC systems, such as compressors, motors, thermostats, and control boards.
  • Test HVAC systems to ensure they are operating efficiently and meeting performance specifications.
  • Provide recommendations to customers regarding HVAC repairs, replacements, and upgrades based on assessment of their systems.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to explain diagnoses, proposed solutions, and pricing options in a clear and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of service calls, including work performed, parts used, and time spent on each job.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; completion of HVAC technical training program preferred.
  • Proven experience as an HVAC Service Technician, with a minimum of 1 year in the field.
  • EPA certification for handling refrigerants required.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
