As a RPM, you will manage the renovation, as well as control and communicate the budget effectively. Our current RPM's yearly pay range from $50,000 to $120,000 depending on their production. No limit to earning potential.Team Qualifications (Requirements):Ability to lead and develop teamExperience in restoration or construction supervision or project managementCareer emphasis on learning and continuing educationSound planning and organizational skillsExcellent communication and presentation skillsBachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant experienceMUST have experience with Xactimate to be considered for the position.Construction project management experience is welcomed if willing to learn a new process.
