As the Clinical Director (BCBA), you will play a vital role in overseeing the daily clinical operations of our center. You will lead a team of BCBAs and RBTs to deliver high-quality services and support the growth of our learners.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage BCBAs and RBTs to ensure clinical quality
  • Supervise behavior intervention implementation
  • Provide guidance to enhance clinical skills
  • Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans
  • Collaborate with the Regional Operations team

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis
  • BCBA and LBA certifications
  • 5 years of ABA experience
