Sr. Supply Chain Material Systems CoordinatorThe Sr. Supply Chain Material Systems Coordinator will leverage SME-level SAP expertise to manage inventory control and ensure accurate and efficient data entry. This role is critical in maintaining stock levels and transactional order accuracy, supporting operational effectiveness, and adhering to quality standards. We are guided and united by our Group Purpose of "giving our world more smiles."Job DescriptionWhat You'll DoManages inventory control through SAP to ensure optimal stock levels and accurate data entry.Oversees transactional order picking and inventory management processes to maintain inventory accuracy.Monitors MES system (PAS-X) and SAP communications to maintain accurate batch genealogy, processing Idoc failures when necessary.Identifies and resolves warehouse issues promptly to minimize disruptions and maintain operational efficiency.Performs testing of ERP systems to ensure operational effectiveness and process improvement.Provides guidance and training to warehouse associates, utilizing SAP expertise to support their operational tasks.Creates and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WIs) for warehouse processes.Adheres to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Distribution Practices (GDP) to ensure compliance with industry regulations.Participates in projects (e.g., based on customer or internal requirements or interests)Conducts data analysis to identify trends, patterns and opportunities for process improvements within the supply chainEnsures supply chain activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
