This role is responsible for coordinating field operations, schedules, budgets, and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within scope.Manage structural steel erection projects through all phases, from kickoff to closeoutCoordinate with field crews, superintendents, subcontractors, and vendorsDevelop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plansTrack project progress and address issues related to scope, schedule, or costReview drawings, shop drawings, and project specificationsEnsure compliance with safety standards and company proceduresServe as the primary point of contact for clients and project stakeholders5+ years of experience managing structural steel erection projectsDirect, hands-on experience in structural steel erection is requiredExperience with large or complex projects is preferred but not requiredStrong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlinesCompetitive salary based on experienceHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchPaid time off and holidaysOpportunity for long-term growth with a stable organization
