CAD / BIM Technician This is a remote, full-time, temporary position. The position includes full benefits: medical, health, and vision benefits, 401K + match, and sick time. As a CAD BIM Technician on our Reality Capture team, you-ll play a critical role in transforming point cloud data into high-quality 3D models and as built documents in AutoCAD on a daily basis. Job Responsibilities: Converting point cloud survey data into accurate existing condition drawings and 3D models in AutoCAD and Revit. Documenting key building systems, including electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and plumbing. Preparing and quality-checking Revit models, drawings, and deliverables. Collaborating with project teams to ensure consistent application of BIM standards and workflows. Preparing clear reports, drawing documentation, and digital project files. Maintaining accuracy, precision, and attention to detail in all deliverables. Supporting other production-related tasks as assigned. Qualifications: Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. 2+ years of experience creating building drawings and construction layouts using AutoCAD. Revit experience a plus. Knowledge of point cloud data workflows (Recap, Cyclone, or similar software). Strong knowledge of commercial building design standards, methods, and materials. Knowledge of ADA standards is preferred. Highly proficient with computers, cloud storage systems, Microsoft Office applications, and video conferencing tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines independently in a remote environment. Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality production work without direct oversight. Why Join Sevan? Pay & Benefits: The anticipated compensation range for the position is $24.00 - $29.00/hr, is based on a full-time schedule, market and business conditions, and is commensurate on individual education, qualifications, and experience.
