*Job Overview:*

Join our team as a *Travel MRI Technologist* for a 13-week contract at a major hospital system in *Fayetteville, NC*. This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced MRI Techs who enjoy working night shifts in a fast-paced hospital setting. You will be responsible for providing high-quality diagnostic imaging services to support patient care.

*Contract Length:* 13 weeks, with potential extensions based on performance and facility needs.

*Responsibilities:*
* Perform MRI scans according to physician orders and clinical protocols
* Position patients and ensure proper imaging techniques are used to obtain optimal diagnostic images
* Monitor patients for safety, ensuring adherence to MRI safety protocols (screening for metal objects, implants, etc.)
* Collaborate with radiologists and other medical professionals to provide high-quality care
* Document and maintain accurate patient records and imaging reports
* Maintain MRI equipment, including cleaning and reporting any issues to appropriate personnel
* Work efficiently during night shifts, ensuring prompt turnaround times for emergency and routine scans

*Qualifications:*
* ARRT (MRI) certification required
* Active MRI Technologist license in North Carolina (or ability to obtain prior to start)
* Minimum 1 year of recent MRI experience in a hospital setting
* Current BLS certification
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
* Comfort with night shifts and fast-paced environments
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with a diverse patient population

*Shifts:*
* 5x8-hour night shifts (40 hours per week)
* Monday through Friday, with possible weekend or holiday coverage as needed
