Are you ready to lead impactful projects that improve communities and protect vital resources?Stantec is looking for a driven and collaborative Project Manager to join our thriving Water business in Boise. In this role, you'll guide multidisciplinary teams featuring some of the industry's top experts in wastewater treatment, water treatment, conveyance, and water resources on projects that span Idaho and the Inland Northwest. You'll work with a diverse portfolio of municipal, industrial, and federal clients, managing scope, schedule, and budget while delivering solutions that matter. If you're passionate about project management and want to work with the best for the best, we want to hear from you.What You'll Be DoingLead multiple projects from planning through construction, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, and schedule.Set project objectives and performance standards while guiding teams through proposals, studies, design, and delivery.Identify and allocate the right resources to meet project goals.Support proposal development, pricing strategies, and contract reviews.Champion Stantec's project management, quality, and risk protocols.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agencies, and industry partners.Mentor and develop emerging leaders within the team.Foster collaboration across disciplines and geographies.What You BringProven experience managing complex projects with internal teams, subconsultants, and vendors.Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.A passion for teamwork and leadership.QualificationsBachelor's degree in engineering, science, or a related technical field.Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in project management or coordination.Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.PMP certification or willingness to obtain within one year of hire preferred.Why Choose StantecWe put people first.
