Job Summary: Our client is looking for a registered nurse (RN or LPN) to join the adult detox unit at their Mercer Island outpatient medical clinic. You would be responsible for providing direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring patient progress, assisting with detoxification protocols, and supporting psychiatric treatments.
Job Responsibilities: Conduct assessments and develop individualized care plans for patients Carry out all steps of the nursing process while involving the patient/family and other members of the care team to help patients meet expected outcomes Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the supervising provider Maintain accurate health records using our electronic health record system Organize and provide education in our counseling and support programs Provide culturally competent care that comprehensively considers the physiological, psychological and spiritual aspects of health
Qualifications: BSN from an accredited school of nursing Active RN license issues by Washington Basic Life Support (BLS) from the AHA At least 1 year psychiatric experience preferred
