About the job Digital Marketing Manager Role Summary We are looking for a data-driven and creative Digital Marketing Manager to own our digital footprint. In this role, you will lead the strategy and execution of all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns. Your primary goal will be to drive brand awareness, generate high-quality leads, and optimize the customer journey from discovery to conversion. Key Responsibilities1. Strategy & Planning Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns. Design, build, and maintain our social media presence across all digital channels. Develop a digital marketing roadmap that aligns with broader business objectives and revenue targets. 2. Campaign Management & Execution Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights. Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests (A/B testing). 3. Analytics & Optimization Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points. Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels. Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience (UX). 4. Leadership & Collaboration Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies. Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate. Manage and collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners. Qualifications & Requirements Experience: [X] years of working experience in digital marketing, specifically within [Industry, e.g., SaaS, Retail, eCommerce]. Education: BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field. Technical Skills:Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns. Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate. Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics 4, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends). Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns. Soft Skills: Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Tools & Technologies CMS: WordPress, Webflow, or similar. CRM/Automation: HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, or Mailchimp. Design: Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (basic proficiency). Project Management: Asana, Trello, or Jira.
