Responsibilities:
- Provide direct individual & group clinical supervision to clinic staff
- Model and coach staff in recovery-oriented, trauma-informed, and culturally competent care
- Assist with oversight of the day-to-day clinical operation of the clinic, including intake assessment, service
planning, clinical interventions, and discharge planning
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in social work or related field
- LCSW (Active NYS license)
- 2+ years' experience working with underserved & at-risk populations
- 1+ years' supervisory experience
Desired Skills:
- Spanish fluency is a plus
- Experience assisting with overseeing a program that helps individuals with mental illness, substance abuse issues, and/or homelessness
